Sign up! Choose one of our MEMBERSHIPS plans and you are ready to hit the Workout of the Day (WOD)! After your Foundations classes you are welcome to come to any class time on the SCHEDULE. Your workouts will still be scaled to your fitness level. At each class we continue to refine skills to help you move better in the gym setting as well as in your every day life. We will focus on your technique and safety first, ensure consistency in your movement execution, and then we will bring on some intensity!
If you have enjoyed your experience and would like to explore CrossFit further, CONTACT US to schedule your FREE Foundations course. These are a series of three small group classes conducted weekly on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.
Foundations is designed to teach you the mechanics of the movements to ensure your safety and give you the opportunity to acclimate to the intensity of the workouts. It also allows our coaches to evaluate your mobility, talk about any physical limitations and discuss your fitness goals. There is no special charge for Foundations – it is simply another opportunity to expose you more to CrossFit principles and CrossFit CopperTop!
First class is on us! You are welcome to come try a FREE introductory class! This will give you an opportunity to check out our facility, meet the coaches and members of our community. This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have and find out more what CrossFit is about!
